Pratham Infotech Foundation (www.pif.org.in) is an organization working in the field of education for primary, pre-primary and higher secondary school children for the past 9 years. As a part of Pratham (www.pratham.org) program, Pratham Infotech Foundation was initiated in 1998 to run the Computer Aided Learning (CAL) program for school children from 54 Municipal Corporation schools in Mumbai. Pratham Infotech Foundation learnt to walk when the program reached its final stages in 2001.Today Pratham Infotech Foundation manages 500+ schools in over 09 states of India covering about 2,00,000 school children.
