Hello I am Gargee Datta, a resident of South Calcutta since birth. I had once run a make-shift lunchtime eatery at Sector-V, Salt Lake for 6 years for the sheer joy of cooking. The response was quite a revelation. Being the only woman doing so was an additional sauce to the delicious plates that I served. The times have changed since then and the greatest fan of my food, my son, currently lives abroad for his work. I am sure there are thousands like him in Calcutta, who dearly miss their home cooked food. So I decided to take my food to them and that would be my single greatest source of happiness.
