Our Role:

•We evaluate the client’s current working capital practices & provide them other working capital policies. To suit the cash flow requirements of the clients, we analyze their cash flow patterns in order to define the term of borrowings.
•By working in close-coordination, we take decision on vital loan parameters like amount, currency, tenure, draw down, moratorium, & amortization & then make out a detailed loan memorandum.
•After that, we invite banks to participate in the syndicate. Banks indicate the amount of exposure and their willingness to take & the rate of interest to be charged. We negotiate the terms & fine tune for the satisfaction of both the parties. Eventually, the allocation is done to the various members of the syndicate. In the entire process, we assist as a loan documentation and actively try to explore the possibility of refinancing high cost funds with other cheaper funds.
•When there is a sick unit, we design revival package in cohesion with the banks and financial institutions.
