THE GEORGE TELEGRAPH TRAINING INSTITUTE was established in 16th May, 1920 in response to the potential gravity of the unemployment problem. A registered trust dedicated to human resource development as per the requirement of Indian industry and it is one of the pioneers in education in India.

The George Telegraph Training Institute is, at present imparting training to more than 25,000 students in more than 50 centres located in West Bengal, Agartala, Assam & Odisha. The George Telegraph Training Institute is a registered trust dedicated in providing underprivileged youth to the industry relevant training that enables them to become economically independent.
