An opportunity is always wonderful, but it feels always special when we get something extra from some unknown. The reason behind formation of this common forum by combining both the alumni of two prominent schools of Kolkata namely Govt. Sponsored Multipurpose School for Boys Taki House and Taki House Govt. Sponsored Girls High School, is to pass over that sweet extra to all of their members as well individuals of their family. Thus, a bridge has to be formed so that it enables everybody to synchronize all the necessities, willingness, pains and gains of individual alumni of each of these schools. Well, when we talk about school, we can not restrict this opportunity only within the alumni. Thus we have included our beloved teachers, teaching staffs and all others related to school from past to present.

Basically social welfare activity is necessary part now a days to provide social independence. It is important to know that the social independence of a human being vastly depends on their practical situation, and this situation depends on two aspects, health and wealth. The Takiyans is born to reduce the restriction in social independence of their members and their families.

It is a joint effort, joint cultivation, open minded, no profit social welfare organization not only willing to share all hapiness within it's family members but also willing to extend it's supportive hand for various kinds of support in sectors like health, education, culture and others.
