INSTALLATION:
Our services start with site verification and preparation followed by installation and commissioning of the system.

WARRANTY:
All our machines are supplied with standard warranty in which we provide unlimited breakdown calls and typically four preventive maintenance visits at no additional charge to the customer.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND RADIATION LEAKAGE CHECKS:
Our service engineers will perform preventive maintenance and radiation checks periodically as per factory recommended procedure for machines under AMC or warranty.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS:
AMCs are offered just before the expiry of the warranty to ensure that the machines are maintained to their peak performance without any down time.

LIFE TIME SERVICES:
Upgrades: As per the customer's demand we offer upgrade to software as well as hardware to improve the features and specifications of the machine.
Add-on Accessories: We can custom build additional accessories like motorized ramps, drop chutes, roller tables etc. as per the requirements of the customers
Shifting Service: We can offer shifting of machines from one location to other in the same premises or from one city to another. This will include decommissioning, packing, transportation and commissioning the machine at a new location
Overhauls: For machines which are old we completely overhaul the machines
Scrapping: At the end of life of the machine we offer to scrap the machines and recycle the parts safely with minimum adverse impact to our environment.

After sale support of our installed base is covered by a team of over 100 qualified and trained service staff located strategically in around twenty branches. From Srinagar in the north to Trivandrum in the south. From Ahmadabad in the west to Guwahati in the east. The staffing is carefully planned and deployed according to the machine population at each location and the service commitment Levels

FAULT ANALYSIS AND REPORTING:
Subsequent to each repair, our field service engineers will document all the failures and list out the parts replaced in a service report. This report will be given to the end-user for signature and a copy of the same will be handed to the end-user for their records. After the repairs the machine will be thoroughly tested and its functionality will then be demonstrated to the complete satisfaction of the end-user.

DATA ANALYSIS:
Performance Data and Service History will be issued to the customer on demand for any machine in warranty or AMC.
