Egbert Andrews Auction Mart the first auctioneers to introduce system of disposal by auction in All SAIL/ Plants and have EARLIER worked as Auctioneer for SAIL/Alloy Steels Plant, Bhilai Steel Plant, Durgapur Steel Plant, Rourkela Steel Plant, SAIL/Raw Materials Division, IISCO & Mines under SAIL. Occasionally handled disposal for LIC, Eastern Zonal Office & Howrah Division.

Being appointed auctioneer of Ministry of Defence continuously serving all branches of Defence services as auctioneer for over 60 years. Regularly disposal of all types of Defence Surplus/ Salvage/ Scrap/Equipment/Vehicles etc is handled. Also we have handled auctions of Defence Buildings, Sheds etc. Being appointed auctioneer for all Border Road Projects in North East Region regularly we sell their scrap, surplus, salvage/equipments, vehicles etc.

Special Surplus Stores Disposal Committee (SSSDC) a short time high powered committee under Ministry of Defence was formed in 1993 and we were preferred auctioneer for SSSDC. On A/C SSSDC we conducted major auctions in Defence Depot/units all over the country.

We have also worked as appointed auctioneer for NHPC Faridabad, Ispat Industries Ltd, Nagpur, HEC, BALCO, E Rly, CLW, GKW, MMTC, NPCC, MSTC and Calcutta Port Trust etc and have handled disposal of huge quantity of Industrial/Scrap/Plants, residue/were & Tear, Equipment/Machineries, Buildings/Sheds etc.

At present we are working as auctioneer for Defence Organisations, Border Road Projects, Tata Motors Ltd Jamshedpur, Lucknow, Pantnagar, HVTL & HVAL since long and are regularly handling disposal of their offered various types of materials. Having worked for diverse Industries, we have handled various type of stores Equipments, surplus, scrap, Buildings, Sheds etc.
