About Dhe Puttu in N H bypass road, Kochi

Puttu has been a traditional breakfast for centuries.

The traditional Kerala kitchen made of stone, logs and soot has been show cased in this modern kitchen as well. From soot laden walls to bamboo center pieces, Dhe Puttu has taken inspiration from both traditional and modern times. Various ingredients of puttu are kept for display in traditional glass jars. The concept of steam for making Puttu has been the inspiration to develop a steam engine to showcase its brand ambassador Dileep.

Natural elements like bamboo, coir and painted gunny bags have been used as lamination and pillar cladding. This, along with earthen tones and warm lighting, has given Dhe puttu the perfect ambiance to enjoy food the traditional way."
