The Francis Alapatt Group is a 60 year old business house from Kerala, India, that was founded by the late P.T. Antony, a highly respected figure among the business legends from Kerala and one of the first directors of the South Indian Bank. During its earlier days, the Alapatt Group, was engaged in the wholesale distribution of stationary products and diversified into jewellery retailing in the early 60's under the brand Alapatt Fashion Jewellery. The jewellery division of the Francis Alapatt Group was renamed as ‘Alapatt Heritage’ in the year 2007 and is one of the most trusted brands in South India.

The group has interests in four business verticals - Retail, Logistics, Marketing and Real Estate. The Groups logistics division is engaged in the super stocking, warehousing and distribution of reputed FMCG goods and its marketing division handles brands such as Kingfisher Beer, Grover Wines and Heineken in the state of Kerala. The group is also diversifying into the real estate and technology domains with several projects in the pipeline.
