Location _ Silvermoon heritage homestay is located at Malipuram, a tranquil serene surburb of Kochi in Vypin Island. Easily accessable from the city( a 15 minute _ 9 Kms drive) across the beautiful Goshree bridges along the state highway towards Cherai beach brings you to this amazing homestay.
The Homestay _ Built in the year 1954 , this 6,000 sq ft, traditional Kerala Architectured bunglow is located on the banks of the picturiousVembanad lake. Nestled in an acre of waterfront prime land, surrounded by aestheticially landscaped gardens, fruit trees, organic vegetable & spice garden and a ornamental fish pond.
The rooms for our honoured guests _
1.The Family room_ A Large centrally airconditioned master bedroom with kids bedroom attached and spacious ensuite toilet (Rain shower, cubicle and bathtub). This room can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children below age 12.
2.The Pond room _ A well ventilated deluxe (a/c) doublebeded room with a view overlooking the pond with private varanda and ensuite simple clean bathroom.
3.The Heritage room _ A traditional furnished twin bedded room (a/c) with a view of our organic vegitable garden and ensuite bathroom.
