With immense pleasure we are inviting you to ASTHRA, the flagship event of the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi commenced as annual B fest in 2012, and metamorphosed into an international symposium in 2015. The seventh edition of ASTHRA is going to be an HR Symposium. The symposium will contribute towards the development of new knowledge in the field of HR by bringing together academia and the industry.
The 21st century is about the world that changes rapidly. Today almost every company is undergoing a transformation especially due to ever growing technology which impacts the workplace enormously. Since human capital is an important resource for the organization, it is important for the organizations to understand and fulfill the changing expectations of employees while at the same time managing the highly dynamic competitive environment. Identifying the need for in-depth deliberation in this scenario, the theme for the ASTHRA 7th EDITION is identified as: Workplace Transformation: A People’s Perspective.
As the topic has recently been coming into prominence a suitable platform is therefore ever welcome. Hence we invite corporate personnel, researchers, public speakers, members and heads of government bodies to this International Symposium, which is sure to provide an excellent venue for the exchange of information, sharing of ideas, knowledge, experiences, best practices, present day technologies and developments.
The committee is also planning to pool articles and views from different personalities and compile it as a souvenir and circulate it among the corporate network.
