Reds Residency has established itself as being one of the best. We are happy to host national & international guests. We’d love to share with you the story of Cochin, considered “the queen’s necklace on the Arabian Sea.
All the rooms are spacious, pristine, and nicely furnished and have private bathrooms with solar powered hot water showers 24 hours a day. All rooms have fans, table with chair, ward robe, TV with satellite connection and AC ( optional ). The rooftop garden is a great place to unwind after a long day of sight-seeing . The roof top terrace garden has a sun deck, chairs and a table. Ample open space is available where yoga is practiced every day.
We have 4 double rooms - 2 Deluxe double rooms on the ground level.
2 Luxury double rooms and a 3 bed luxury family room on the 1st level.
On the 2nd level we a 4 bed family room and the suite room or other wise called the “Heritage Cottage” – a ‘1 bed room apartment’ with a double room with attached bath, a living cum dining space and a full fledged kitchen with gas, pots and pans. The cottage has a private balcony and a roof top garen.
All rooms have mosquito proofed windows in addition to mosquito nets over the guest beds. The lounge area has a variety of musical instrument, music player, board games and a well stocked library. The philosophy at Reds is to begin a great day one needs to have a great breakfast. We take care of your day break with a made for " you " Indian breakfast and there after endless toast, fresh fruits, tea or coffee. Experience the communal breakfast at the lounge area breakfast table where guests given necessary tips and advice regards local travel, sightseeing, house boat cruise or to spend a day with the elephants.
