About Nostalgia in Kerala Fine Arts Hall, Kochi

‘Nostalgia’ is a tribute to 100 years of Indian cinema. It is the first musical dance show in
Cochin city conducted by college students which showcases the mesmerizing past of Indian Cinema. It
is a 2 hour dance and musical show which encapsulates the evergreen and memorable songs of Indian
cinema, especially those from the 80s and 90s.
The event is a curtain raiser for the dawn of a retro club in Kochi, especially in memory of the Mega
star, late Rajesh Khanna. .This will be an opportunity for you to show you support
for connecting Arts and Technology ,by installing the ever rolling trophy in your name to CUSAT
SARGAM ARTS FEST which is one among the best cultural extravaganzas in Kerala. ‘Nostalgia’
shall be performed by the best of Cochin Young Hearts. Through ‘Nostalgia’ we are trying to bring
back those few moments in our lives when we were truly and completely happy and we really want to
cherish. In the present scenario of centennial celebrations of Indian cinema, retro intends to reignite the
spark of nostalgia in the new generation and to revive the legends of yester years.
