About Bent, Yet Unbroken in , Kilpauk

Looking around me I see beautiful people who do not see their beauty. They have been conditioned to believe in their worthlessness rather than their worthiness. repeatedly placing themselves in the path of negativity they have come to believe that it is OK to be treated unfairly. Most people are on the defense and so comes out as being aggressive or passive aggressive. . Learning to communicate effectively enables you to win half the battle. This is possible only if you know who you really are. Understanding your self, working on your self esteem and building your confidence are some ways in which I help. Reminding people that being bent is OK , staying unbroken is the key.
