About The Reshi Retreat & Farm House in Reshi, District: Kalimpong, Kalimpong

Far from the maddening crowd, just 37 kilometers from Kalimpong town, as you take the “Silk Route” of yesteryears that connected Kalimpong (or India for that matter) with Tibet for trade, is the Reshi River. The river also seperates West Bengal from Sikkim. Reshi is not a much hyped tourist destination, however the sparkling waters of the river, the deep woods and the calm locale gives her all those qualities to woo spirits fagged down by the frets of life.

On the banks of Reshi river is situated “Reshi Retreat & Farmhouse”. A farmhouse built on a 4.16 acres of land also accomodates guests in two cottages and a dormitory which are built using local materials in such a way that, they not only blend to the originality of the locale but also provide a homely, warm and comfortable stay. Giving priority to comfort each cottage is well furnished.
