OF INDIA had implemented a SCHEME know as MODULAR EMPLOYABLE SCHEME/NSDC This scheme is to provide employable skills to school leaver, existing worker, ITI graduates, youths etc. Existing skills of the person can also be tested and certified under this Scheme. Under this scheme an individual has to go through a TEST. The success candidates are provided with NCVT CERTIFICATES OR NSDC CERTIFICATION.
