Customer Care Corp is the result of a dream and a desire by a team of professionals who wanted to build a services company that helped customers get original products at company prices delivered directly to their homes. With more than two decades of industry experience in multinational companies, predominantly from the pharmaceutical industry, the team knew the problems faced by most customers who had to spend a lot of money and time even to purchase just a few items.



Thus on 17th August 2012, the idea came to life and Customer Care Corp was born. In a short span of time, the company endeared itself to its customers through hard work and dedication. The transparent nature of operations and the genuine value derived, enabled the growth from zero to 5000 customers with more being added every day.



A dynamic team of employees are available at short notice to deliver even the smallest of items that a customer would want, at their doorstep. Encouraged by the response, the company went about analyzing customer requirements and feedback. There was demand to increase the products and services in the portfolio to include manpower services, ticketing and even real estate referrals and investigation. The confidence and comfort that Customer Care Corp offered was priceless. With a local workforce that customers could easily identify with, trust and honesty were very transparent. Affectionately called C-Cube, the company has become a part of the daily life of most customers and is well on its way to realize its vision of spreading across Kerala by 2020 and replicating its model of business based on trust, all over India by 2030.
