Employment is one of the greatest challenges of present society. Turmoil in our society is said to be attributed to lack of meaningful employment opportunity. However, on the other side, lack of employable job seekers is also another great cause of concern. There is a disconnect between jobseekers and employers. Just like job seekers with employable skills finds hard to get their rightful place, employers finds hard time to catch the right candidates. Realising the need to connect between the two, we introduced a marketplace for jobs. We employ an easy to access, friendly, cost effective and transparent mechanism to connect between the employers and job seekers. Thabak was born ! Thabak is a new venture of Intellisome Consulting, a pioneering knowledge and research driven consulting organisation. Thabak further unfolds the vision of Intellisome by empowering people and enterprises. Thabak is a revolutionary model of placing job seekers in a targeted market place. It will connect with number of recruiters/ employers within and outside the state in a systematic, judicious and ethical manner. Thabak values the inner spirit of individuals and strive to blossom their potential. We, at Thabak, believe that our nation can be built better by understanding human spirit and placing them in right trajectory. How Thabak works? Candidates are registered first at Thabak either through visit, phone, e-mail or web at a very nominal cost. Once registered, they are valid for lifetime. They are stored in our database and segregated according to their qualification, skills and interest. We call them when there is any job post! They can update their information anytime without extra charge. Employers also need to be registered but unlike job seekers, employers have to renew their registration after every two years. As a registered employer, you are entitled to obtain filtered basic database of job seekers. You can further demand their biodata if you have any interest in any of the candidates. Even if employer has little time in arranging meeting, we also help them. Not over yet ! We can also take interview of candidates they are interested in before you select any one of them. We provide a confidential report. We charge judiciously as per the degree of information extracted from us/ service rendered. Thabak is pro-actively working to connect with as many employers as possible. We believe everyone has right to get rightful job. Let revolution begins.
