NIBS is a microfinance organization. It was established in the year 2013 with special focus on poverty eradication of rural masses of Imphal East region. After observing its practical impacts and mass acceptance from rural and urban populations, it is moving forward to create an inspiring stories for the population with scarce credit resources by creating influencing success stories through our services.

MISSION:

To remove rural poverty to change the life of rural masses and empowering women to bring greater degree of changes to the society.

VISION:
To established in the coming 10 year a strong network of microfinance service through which poverty of rural masses could be remove and to provide them access to various banking services. e.g. Saving, loan, etc.

OBJECTIVE:
The objective of the NIBS is to bring measurable changes in the poverty of the rural people, helping rural enterprises and Self-help-groups to grow in their business.
To bring changes in social status of rural women by empowering them with financial and technical assistant


Some of the activities of NIBS are:-

•Organized an awareness program of the Women and Child Development in different places of Manipur.
•Gives financial assistance/services in the form of micro finance to the poor, specially to the woman.
•Organized seven times of free coaching class of class VI to Class X .(2 times in Kshetrigao A/C, 2 times in Wangoi A/C ,2 times in Lamsang A/C and 1 in Keirao A/C.
•Organized the distribution of crops and fertilizer to the poor farmers in different places of Manipur. Panting Competition are also organized in orphan centres .
•Sponsored educational and sports events (Athlete, Water Polo, Swimming, Football and Cricket).
•We have organised several health Camp for children, eye, pregnant women and animals vaccination.
•And many other different programs are also taken up from time to time, such as, plantations of trees, etc.
