An Introduction to EDTIi

According to Census 2011 data, over 20% of Indian youth (between the age bracket of 15-24) or 4.7 crore Indians are jobless. The unemployment problem is getting worse with every passage of time. So, ultimately to ensure a livelihood and independence, awareness for opportunities of self employment by setting up of their very own Enterprises is the very need of the hour rather than being a job hunter seeking around with loss of valuable time, energy and growing frustration.

EDTIi is a registered organization to the government of India and ISO 9001: 2008certified organization and recently applied for the empanelment under the under the Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises.

It has been dedicated to the building up, encouragement and establishment and stabilization of all sorts of small industries, Institutions and enterprises in India. Its mandate is to provide guidelines with detailed information, package of schemes, workshops, seminars, reporting, documentation, statutory formalities, sources of finance, technology application, etc and assist completely in bringing forth the budding and new entrepreneurs along with the already established ones. EDTII programme includes certification which is applicable for their authentic recognition.

EDTII creates awareness among the young generation for setting up of new Enterprise after completion of their studies instead of only searching for jobs. It makes participants familiar about role and importance of MSMEs in Indian Economy, and the whole process of a successful setting up of Enterprise.
