First call Teleservices, set up primarily as an ITES organization. First call provides call center support and back office support to a wide range of clients. Two new locations have been made operational, with state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology, in the month of March 2011. First call now has a total of 2 operational sites across India, adding up to roughly 200 seats.

Currently, the company has established call center operations in 2 cities across India, together boasting just approximately 200 workstations. Through this substantial infrastructure, First call is now able to provide the full range of inbound and outbound call center services that its clients demands. Carefully planned capital expenditure and training programs over for its 10 years of operations, and a track record of deliverability, has meant that Firstcall is able to deliver on the level of quality that is required to attract some of the best customers in the market and retain them over long contractual periods.
