Sunitha Anand has been one of the most advanced and intelligent personal and group trainers in the country. Her inclination to the world of fitness and sports started way early at a tender age and eventually she played cricket for team India as a wicket keeper, won few awards and while playing she groomed herself to be certified from the various fitness certifying bodies varying from Indian to the far west(Global). Under the assistance of a couple of International fitness trainers - Keagan Carmichael,Zac Goodchild,Denni Purcell(FIT college) and Ramona Braganza(Hollywood Celebrity Fitness Trainer) She started picking up the core techniques and turned very knowledgeable, and commanding, the best among these no-fuss pros help clients achieve their fitness goals through safe and effective exercise techniques.Meanwhile researching on various types of exercises, she decided to be a little different in her style.
If we had to stick a label on her then it would pretty much be "Sun'lifters" or "Yogini", yet it doesn't do justice to the diversity of her variations in training.Her training is always a step ahead weighing a wide variety of elements.

This Ms. Varsity oriented approach to her structure, combined with her unique skills,has seen hold residencies like Apollo life center,GVK,Divi's etc.
