2) Indian Trust Act, 1882.
3) Income Tax Act, 1961.
4) Foreign Contribution Act, 1976.

* Biography of V4U HELPING HEARTS CHARITABLE TRUST:

1) On December 31st, 2014 founded the Organization in the name of “V4U HELPING HEARTS CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION”

4 = Social Service Started with four peoples. They are B.A.V.Prasad, Peta Sai Rajesh, Naga Anitha, Preethi. That’s why kept as 4

2) With Rs.3000/- started the 1st Service on January 26th, 2015.
3) After few Services, V4U HELPING HEARTS CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION registered as a “V4U HELPING HEARTS CHARITABLE TRUST” on August 12th, 2015.

* Briefly About our Trust Activities :

1) First we choose a Orphanage Homes or Charitable Trusts.
2) Regarding their Requirements we are doing Services for Poor peoples like ; Children, Old aged, Physically and Mentally Retorted persons also.
3) Our basical services are ; Providing Rice bags, Vegetables, Dal items...ect., and also providing catering services and clothes.
