About Eppa Anantha Reddy Memorial Foundation in H.No: 11-20-35, Flat No: 105, Shravana Apts, HUDA Complex, Saroor Nagar, Hyderabad

The objective for which 'EARMF' is constituted is to work for the overall development of my Village Marmamula, Mandal: Maddur, Dist: Warangal, TELANGANA, INDIA - 506 224, but our Trust’s objective is not just limited to developmental activities of only this village.
Below are the objectives our Trust aims at achieving in the years to come:

1.To strive towards the ultimate goal of making the village a ‘Model Village’.
2.Aiming to provide clean and safe drinking water to all households in the Village.
3.To strive towards social and economic growth of the Village.
4.To work towards improving the sanitation and general hygiene of the Village, improving the sewage system, engage households in cleanliness and proper maintenance of their surroundings.
5.To work towards providing social and economic development to the deserved poor in the Village.
6.To improve the infrastructure of schools in the village by providing/improving basic necessities like safe drinking water, toilets, lavatories, class room furniture, library, basic computer education, physical education equipment. To setup a mini farm in the school premises and encourage kids to maintain the farm and use the produce for their mid-day meal.
7.To work on achieving self-sustainability in agriculture in the village, promoting Organic Farming and Natural Farming, engage and support farmers to take up backyard poultry, sheep/goat/fish farming and make their overall farming sustainable, working with farmers to create a Farmer’s co-operative and selling the produce directly to customers thus avoiding middle men.
8.To work on taking up mass tree plantations in village, educate and encourage villagers to plant and maintain trees in their homes, along streets and roads, along the bunds in agricultural lands, on barren and deserted lands and places wherever there is scope for tree plantation.
9.To work on improving the facilities of the existing library that is being run in co-ordination with Rural Library Foundation (RLF). To procure more books to cater the needs of school going children, for youth preparing for various competitive examinations, for general public. To create a permanent space for the library in the years to come.
10.To work towards better watershed management and rain water harvesting. To learn, educate and encourage every household in the village to implement rain water harvesting in their individual capacity. To work with farmers in implementing various rain water harvesting techniques in their farms. To encourage and engage all villagers towards saving rain water so that every drop of water percolates into the ground enabling the water table to rise.
11.To create awareness among the Youth, to encourage and engage them in the overall development of village.
12.To work towards Women Empowerment, engage them in various self-help groups and co-operatives.
13.To work with villagers in setting up a primary health center to address immediate health needs and first aid.
14.To learn, educate, engage villagers fight monkey menace which has been a major hindrance to the development of village in the current day.
15.To work towards boosting moral and ethical values in kids of the village, enabling them to shape up themselves as better citizens.
16.To work towards achieving self-sustainability in using alternative renewable energy by encouraging villagers to use Gobar gas plants and solar energy.
17.To actively work with all the villagers and engage them in the overall development of the village.
