He specializes in composing, mixing and mastering Songs & Background Musics for various media. He has established his own recording studio popularly known as Pancham recording Studio. Pancham Studio has a recording facility for all kinds of instruments and can provide access to all types of Musicians and Singers.

As an event organiser he provides Anchors, Concept design and Stage Decoration, Videographers and Photographers, Varmala Concepts, Catering Services and all other services related to an Event. He also conducts musical classes, specially for the aspiring singers and musicians. He plays Keyboards, Tabla and Dholak.

Navneet has also stepped into education field and established Sanskar Little Start School, a play school under Pancham Education Society.
