Ravi K Meruva, Ph.D. is the Founder and Chairman of Sensa Core Medical Instrumentation Pvt. Ltd. He has over 15 years of Research and Development experience in the field of electrochemical Sensors & Analytical Instrumentation. His research interests include Ion-Selective Electrodes, Blood Gas sensors, Biosensors, Reagent Formulations and Instrumentation. He received his Ph.D. from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA and Master of Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai. He has one US patent and 15 scientific publications in acclaimed International Journals. He has extensive experience in Ion-Selective Electrodes (Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Calcium and Lithium), Blood gas electrodes (pH, Oxygen & Carbon Dioxide), Bio-chemistry Reagents, and Glucose Strips, from concept to design, from R&D to Manufacturing Scale-Up Processes.
