Veritaz Healthcare Limited was incorporated and established in October 2005 by visionary Mr. Sarath Chandra Reddy and few other like-minded professionals. The company was born by acquiring brands from the erstwhile company Citadel Aurobindo Biotech Limited under the securitization act.
