'Makaranda Yoga', a pathway to holistic wellness started by Sunitha Jaiswal who is a Certified Yoga Instructor (Yoga Acharya) with 350 hours of training. With an objective of improving the quality of life, Makaranda Yoga aims at creating self awareness and holistic wellness for the individual.

'Makaranda' means sweet nectar from flowers. Just like the name, the sessions are targeted at bringing out the sweet joy of yoga by helping clients understand themselves and their bodies, as well as experiencing calm and composure at the same time.

While there are many forms of yoga, 'Makaranda Yoga' aims at offering the tradition of "Vini Yoga" founded by the revered Sri T. Krishnamacharya whose inimitable tradition flows from the glorious ancient Indian wisdom & mystique. 'Vini' means
'Specialised' in Sanskrit. Therefore, my technique offers
personalised attention to suit each individual (even in Group Sessions), by way of personal care & attention to gain the best possible benefits of practicing yoga.
