Hyderabad Police has launched Hyderabad City Police Face book Page which acts as a direct Communication platform for Police and Hyderabad Citizens as The interaction between the Police and the Community in real time on a regular basis will help the Police in improving its service delivery standards on a continual basis.

The main objective of Hyderabad City Police, Telangana State, India Facebook page is to have a cooperative relationship with citizens, spreading awareness, and removal of misconceptions, and improving police - public behavior. And transform Telangana State Police into a Citizen Friendly and Responsive Police

Enable Public Communicate to Police about felt needs of policing, and Enable Police to evolve and implement strategies to address the felt needs on real time basis.
To enable Police to Keep public informed of the initiatives and actions taken by them from time to time on a real time basis in terms of Crime Prevention, Crime Detection, Maintenance of Law and Order, Surveillance over Crime and Criminals, Citizen Grievance Redressal, Emergency Response Management, Collection of Intelligence, Community Policing, Prosecution of Criminals and above all General Safety and Security of Communities at large.
To enable Public to enroll themselves as active Partners in policing activities through community policing initiatives in their respective Police Station Areas
