We have aerobics and zumba for adults. For kids we have Martial Arts, various physical fitness programs along with access to fun-zone.

This is a unique place where you can work out along with your kid. We have a blend of finest fitness programs for both adult and kids. Kids can also learn while playing at innovative fun zone.

We do dance Aerobics with Cardio, Step Aerobics, Body Toning and personal training. It i not just aerobics, it is aerobics with loads of fun!

For kids program includes aerobics, Dance, Stretching, gymnastics, sports, strengthening, gross motor skills, balance, Yoga and Karate.

Weekends specialized training programs will be conducted from professional trainers for kids on the following:
Aerobics
Dance
Stretching
gymnastics
sports
strengthening
gross motor skills
balance
karate/ taekwondo
The training that we do is different for all levels, all ages. Putting more of a focus on safety and nutrition for kids is key. We plan for kids to realize that fitness is a lot of fun.
