We specialise in environmental design, building performance analysis, and strategic sustainability planning. We aid architects, planners and policy makers in creating environmentally sensitive built environments.

In the brief span of 5 years since its inception, we have created a presence for ourselves in India as a respected environmental consultancy. Our projects range from policy research and strategizing implementation for Urban Local Bodies to environmental consultancy for corporate clients and training professionals in environmental building design principals.

In recognition of the work we have been doing in Hyderabad we were invited to be one of the 28 founder members of ADARSH, a society started by TERI and Ministry of New and Renewable Energy to promote the Indian green building rating system GRIHA.

In further recognition of services to the Indian green building movement, TERI and the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (Govt. of India) have awarded Terra Viridis the title of Patron of GRIHA in 2012.

The main promoters of Terra Viridis have a combined experience of more than 25 years in various areas design consultancy, environmental policy research & sustainable developmental planning in India, Europe, UK, USA, and Middle East. With this international experience and partnerships, we facilitate knowledge transfer from various countries around the world and other states in India that have had a robust history in environmental urban design, research and policy making.
