Group Discussions

We encourage our students to participate in group discussions on the topics covered in regular intervals over the weekend, to boost the confidence on the subject and also to improve generic skills like communication etc.,

Evaluation

Trainees would get evaluated in different intervals in the program, to help them understand on where they stand. This would also help us to identify on which area trainee is lacking and try to concentrate on it.

Corporate Culture

This is more adapt to freshers/ new to IT. We help them to understand the work culture/work flow/time management/basic ethics towards work/SDLC/communication etiquette.
