Smile always Foundation is a non-profit organization working for underprivileged children - orphan, destitute and other vulnerable groups and their communities towards a wholesome future filled with hope, dignity, justice and peace. Reach out to the poorest of the poor in India without respect to caste, creed and colour.

We are dedicated to care children, promote independence and build strong families through activities with the resources available.

Smile always Foundation commenced its service during 2005 by providing Food, Shelter and Education to the Orphan, Semi-Orphan, Destitute and underprivileged children in some of the backward areas in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in India. Since then the ‘Smile always’ is involved in Child care and education, Water and Sanitation, Health care interventions, Environmental awareness, Capacity building, Women empowerment, Saving based activities, Relief at the time of natural calamities.

Smile always Foundation is a registered organization under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Act 35, with its office in Hyderabad, India. SAF has 12A, FCRA registration and also has 80G exemption under Income Tax.

Smile always Foundation is an independent entity within our country with a distinctly national identity. An active Board of Executive Committee governs ‘Smile always’.

Smile always Foundation running an Orphan Home called ‘ Little Hearts Orphanage’ at Nagole area of Hyderabad in India. The children are orphan, semi-orphan, poor and neglected Children who come from poverty-stricken families. There are 30 poor and orphan children. These children are provided with food, Shelter and education. The Children are taken care with nutritious food and medical care. The Children are being brought up in good discipline. We feel so blessed that we get to experience such love for the many incredible kids that God has placed in their lives. We presently work with orphan and destitute children; the number that continues to grow each day! The children are studying in 1st to 12 standard in different schools and colleges.

We are undertaking ‘Integrated Community Development Program’ (ICDP) to cater the educational and health needs of the children and also needs of the family for sustainable development and thereby community development. The interventions that implementing in the target areas for their Sustainable development, so that they may enjoy their life with dignity.

We are also providing the clean drinking water for poor and needy in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States in India through Water well project. We have good experience in digging the Bore wells and small Filters for thirsty people.
We are welcoming Foundations / Funding Agencies / Institutions / Individuals whole heartily for support and partnership (or) establish new division for Orphan and vulnerable children within their communities and involvement in upbringing of poorest of poor of our society helping them to lead honorable life.
