About Poets & Oats/The Terrassen Cafe in Goethe Zentrum, Plot no. 16,Journalist colony Banjara Hiils Road no. 3,, Hyderabad

We started by asking ourselves, “What does healthy food mean? and soon we found ourselves grappling with more fundamental questions like, “Where does our food come from?” “What is our relationship with our food and “What is food?”

We felt a growing discomfort with the chemicals listed as ingredients and the monopoly of refined junk food so readily available in our society these days. And wondered why our bread need to come all the way from Bangalore? Why are we subject to eating all this refined sugar, flour and taste enhancers, every time we lay our hands on any food? Thus, Poets and Oats grew organically from that exploration and with a passion for food. We exit to give you a choice of a healthy sustainable eating lifestyle.

Poets and Oats is an attitude of questioning, it’s a stand that we choose to take. At Poets and Oats, it is our endeavor to provide Healthy, Organic and Plant-based food. We believe in food which is cooked from the heart, is chemical free, wholesome and tastes heavenly. Food that is kind to us, heals and satisfies the soul.

At Poets & Oats/The Terrassen Cafe, we bake our own breads fresh daily, make our own spreads, set our own jams, whip-up seasonal smoothies - all with a strict no to refined flour, sugar and additives of any kind. All at a price that is difficult to beat for the quality, freshness and treatment that we give to our food.

The Terrassen Cafe Timings:
Tuesdays to Saturdays - 3 pm to 9 pm
Sundays - 9 am to 9 pm
Mondays - CLOSED

Other than serving at The Terrassen Cafe, located at Goethe Zentrum, 6 days a week, we take catering orders and supply to organic stores.
