Rishi UBR Charitable & Educational Society was created in 1988 and traced out its foundation as Institute of higher learning for women ensuring quality education and have established Degree level courses during 1991. In the course of time over 22 years, Rishi has grown from a basic Degree level education into a highly selective management and technical courses.

The College honors its roots and the student population has leapt from 38 in 1988 to over 1600 students today including MBA & MCA in post-graduation and Engineering, B.Com and B.Sc Courses at under-graduation level. We have also made an indelible mark on higher education at large and at the same time, Rishi’s environment is enhanced by diversity.
