Green fodder occupies a major part of cattle food. It is the cheapest and most nutritious ingredient, and forms the bulk of a healthy animal diet. However, India is facing a severe deficit in green fodder to the tune of 35.66% between 2010 and 2020.

“The average yield of milk and meat in our animals is 20-60% lower than the global average. Deficiency of feed and fodder accounts for half of the total loss…” - Vision 2050 Report, Indian Grassland Research Institute.

Therefore, we focused on providing a solution for a longer shelf life of green fodder. After extensive research, collaboration with research labs and technology solution providers, field trials, and working with farmers across the length and breadth of India, we perfected the solution: the art and science of making baled silage from maize.
