How to place an order:

Comment on the picture of the product you like or email us your queries with the product code and your contact number on Facebook or pitarapopupshop@gmail.com. We shall get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Payment Options:

Net transfer, Cash deposit or Cheque deposit

Delivery:

We will deliver your product within 3 working days from the time we receive your payment.
No Delivery charges on orders Rs.500 or more.
A delivery charge of Rs.50 will be charged for orders less than Rs.500.

Return Policy:

Once the item is sold we accept returns only when there's a defect (which may happen rarely during shipment). In such a case one must report the defect within 3 days to be eligible for a refund/replacement.
Please ask us as many questions you have before purchase- we’ll be glad to answer all your queries.
Any product that needs to be returned should be returned within 10 days.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

Please also note that due to limitations of photography and the differences in monitor settings, the product colours may not fully correspond to those in the items themselves.

Customer Service:

We will only respond to queries/comments/feedback between 9am – 8pm daily, Monday to Sunday. Please give us up to 3 working days to respond to you.
