Competency Based Recruitment: Sourcing & deployment of technical & commercial professionals & executives; in an outsourced model. GET uses a proprietary in-depth competency-based technical evaluation process to ensure a strong fit.
Training: Customized training courses for new industry entrants as well as for upgrading veterans’ skills. Courses can be delivered onsite or remotely. GET also runs onsite national localization programs in several countries in the Middle East, through its Training Centers.
