Everywhere Crime is increasing at very fast & shocking speed. We believe law & order plays there part but if we all actually want to stop heinous crimes like Rape, Molestation, Sexual Abuse, Harassment, Stalking, Child Abuse, Kidnapping, Murder, Domestic Violence, etc against women than we have to train all woman on Self Defense. We believe “If every woman on this earth is fully aware about her rights, is self equipped & prepared to stand for self and to hit hard attacker than no male will dare to do such crime”

Energize Self Defense Academy(ESDA) helps to make women self equipped & self dependent through Self Defense Program. ESDA Training is combination of Psychological Training & Physical Training. Our program is designed considering all age of women, all demography, all body structure, etc. Our program helps Female to knock down attacker may be just size double to her. Entire program based on Science & martial arts with simple yet efficient tactics & techniques to handle attacks.

We provide Training in Organization, Institutes, College & Schools. We also provide self defense equipment like Pepper Spray, Stun Gun, Baton & Panic Alarms.
