Have worked in different capacities with a wide variety of GOI, MOD, Automobile and Weapon System industries, and MSME’s. I have a vast international exposure and a great understanding of multiculturalism. Have demonstrated commitment to leadership by creating better working environment and motivating team member’s participation in enhancing quality and productivity rate. I founded Arunoday Consultants after superannuation from Indian army in 2010.
Recipient of Distinguished Speaker Award and Excellence Award from National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra and Federation of Indian Small Businesses respectively. My sessions are interactive and energy just flows when I am among the people.
I have used advance techniques like NLP, Case studies, games, role play, experiential activities, inspiring stories etc. to engage the audience and lead them to use what they learn during my sessions so that they can create a lasting change in their life.
I’m a passionate results driven professional, skilled and experienced in transformational programs for youth, faculty, executives, entrepreneurs, families at large. Leadership programs, Communication skills, Managing Time for Success, Team Building, Critical thinking, Quality and Ethics in Education, Best Quality Practices, Nothing is Impossible, and Managing Change with Hands, Head and Heart are some of my areas of interest.
I have also conducted programs on enhancing productivity through continual improvement and best quality practices, standardization for Managing Directors and General Manager’s Quality. He says ‘Knowledge is useless if you don’t apply it’.
