About Safira River Front Boutique Resort in Morjim Beach Road, GOA

Located in North Goa on the banks of the tranquil and scenic Chapora river, just a few minutes from picturesque Morjim Beach also known as “Turtle Bay’” with its miles of white sands and the protected habitat of the Oliver Ridley Turtle. The nearby Morjim village with its quaint and rustic homes and an atmosphere of yester years is idyllic and adds to the charm of holidaying in relaxed surroundings.

Dabolim Goa’s only airport is approximately 55 km from Morjim. The nearest railway station is Thivim about 18 km away and Mapusa the nearest town is 10 km away. The resort arranges pick up from the airport to the hotel by taxi and we will soon offer a pick up by boat (subject to approval by the authorities) at an estimated sea time of 45 minutes. Once there it is easy to get around. Goa is a small state with relatively short distances, transportation is easy to find and not so expensive. You can hire taxis, travel by bus, or rent scooters or motorbikes and of course there are always auto rickshaws or ‘tuk-tuks’ available.
