This privately owned beach villa on Mandrem beach has 6 bedrooms including 2 rooms in an outhouse and a private shack on the beach. You’ll love the space because of the coziness and the location. The main house is dressed with antique furniture while the outhouse is rustic and earthy. Our private shack on the beach is the perfect place to relax with a breath taking view of the sea and magical sunsets. Our rate includes breakfast.

This spacious beach Villa sits right on one of the best beaches of Goa- Mandrem Beach. With a total of 6 well appointed, (04 rooms are air-conditioned bedrooms), each with an attached bathroom, the villa can accommodate a small group of around 12 guests.
Two of these bedrooms are located in a separate outhouse a short distance from the main villa, done up in romantic, earthy tones with Mangalore tiled roofs and open plan bathrooms.
The main house has a functional kitchen which may be used by guests while caretakers who live on the property are also available for any assistance.
An airy, gazebo style, covered central area provides a lovely space to dine with friends and family or just while away the afternoon. Outdoors, along this dining area is another open plan kitchen which may be used for a barbecue party.
The property also has an attached private beach shack for guests' use, with access to the beach and spectacular views of Mandrem sunsets.
Free wifi is available at the villa and the rate includes breakfast.
