Doaba Public Senior Secondary School was founded by Late S.Balwant Singh and Mrs. Balwinder Kaur under the aegis of Doaba Educational Society in 1977. Since it’s beginning the school has gone from strength to strength and has produced a wide array of talents that is serving the four corners of the world. We can proudly claim to be an institution that is shaping the future of the world and not just India.

S. Balwant Singh himself was the first Principal of the school. Under his supervision the school became a premier institution known for its academic and non-academic results. School has a branch at Dohlron. Schools at both locations have carved a special place for themselves in academic circles. School celebrated its silver jubilee in 2002, since then school has achieved many new heights. Mrs. Balwinder Kaur is the current Principal of the school. Under her leadership the school carries on tradition of scaling new heights without losing the grasp over our true roots.
