Vimal Barrels was established in 1999. We introduce ourselves as one of the leading manufacturers of barrels on mass production basis with latest technology in sheet metal industry, computerised technology and latest paint technology.

The dignified Promoters for the company are Saiyam Sheth , Nanda Sheth , Prakash Sheth . The Entire premises spread across an area of 35000sq ft and the main building covers an area of 22000 sq ft.

We have two production lines both located at Khatrej Kalol, very near to Ahmedabad in the centre of Gujarat India. Our first Line is used to manufacture and supply to small requirements. The other one is a British Plant which includes British federal automatic welder and assembly line from Moon Brothers England, which is used to cater bulk orders. We use prime CRCA material and Tri- Sure brand bungs to manufacture drums.Company has Staff and skilled workers who have experience of more than 10 yrs..

Manufacturing Process:

The barrels are manufactured in diameter of 20” 21.5” and 22.5” with height of barrels ranging from 18” to 40”. Thickness of CRCA material for manufacturing various kinds of barrels is from 0.8mm to 1.6mm.For barrels, to store liquid, we use ‘Tri-sure’ brand 2” and ¾” bung. For powder, we make open mouth barrels with ring and nut bolt for export purpose.

We a manufacturing barrels from CRCA Sheets, GI Sheets and Stainless Steel according to customers’ specification and requirements. For special requirement, we supply barrels with internal coating of epoxy coating, polyurethane paint synthetic enamel, redoxide, aluminum paint, and specialised rubber paint, according to customer’s requirement. We also make composite/ sandwich barrels, as well as Top & Bottom Mig welded.
