About Grace Assembly of God Church in # 390, Sector 21-C, Near Community Centre, Faridabad

Pastor Ivan and Nini Powar along with their daughters moved to the city of Faridabad in the year 1994, uncertain of God’s plans, but in obedience took the step of faith. As they prayed and sought the Lord for guidance they were given a promise from “Joshua 1:3”; and as they continued to strive in obedience God has multiplied and blessed their ministry over the years.
Today, 20 years have passed after the first meeting at the Grace Assembly of God Church in Faridabad and the fruitfulness of this ministry is evident to all. From the first service that started in a living room with 6 people, until this day with over 25 locations around the State of Haryana, that host multiple services and accounts for over 6000 people each week.
Grace Assembly of God Church is home to many Christ seeking folks that love God, love people and their community. Families from many States of India, people from various occupational and religious backgrounds come together in unison to worship and seek God in their lives.
Over the years this ministry has grown beyond Church Planting with Feeding Programs, Slum Development Projects, Literacy Programs, Tuition Centers, Day Care, Play School and a Children’s Home.
