Structural repairs to ceiling/ column/ beam of the
Building if required.
Removing existing exposed plaster or concrete cover
up to steel,
Cleaning the steel with wire brush.
Providing & welding new steel if required
Applying rust converter on exposed bars.
Applying fixo-prime on steel & concrete (Bonding coat)
providing polymer modified mortar up to original size
Complete ready for plastering.

Structural repair work of R.C.C. chajjahs / lintel of
windows:-
work involves removal of loose concrete & expose
rusted reinforcement & clear off loosely held rust
Particals scales etc by removing scales with wire brush.
Providing & welding new steel if required
Applying rust converter on exposed bars.

Applying Fixo-Prime on steel & concrete (Bonding coat)
providing polymer modified mortar up to original size
Completely ready with two coat plaster.
