About Dimapur, Resource Center in 2.5 Mile, Near Tata Motors, Dimapur

Resource Centre Dimapur is a non-profit voluntary Christian Organization. It was set up in the year 1997 to give the much needed impetus to the wholistic development of families, women, youth, and children. The organization implements certain innovative programs in various areas.
CHRISTIAN EDUCATION:
*Publishes Bible curriculum for Sunday Schools for all age groups
*Provides complete materials for VBS
*Provides Bible study materials for adults
*Offers training for the Sunday School teachers
DISCIPLESHIP
*Provides ongoing discipleship program for young and adult women
*Provides avenue for learning and recreation for young people
*Conduct seminars and workshops for lay or church leaders
PUPPET MINISTRY
*Offers workshop for puppet ministry
*Provides different puppet characters and sizes for sale
*Offers accessories for puppeteers (like Cassettes, CDs, human-arm puppet shirts)
TABITHA CRAFT:
It is a livelihood wing with a skew in favour of smaller, marginalized groups and indigenous communities, located in remote areas. In keeping with its efforts of "sowing, enriching, nurturing" plans to facilitate economic empowerment of women in Nagaland and beyond. Working with best possible experienced resource persons to impart intensive, tiered training and capacity building programs.
*Offers a 6 month/one year course on Creative crafts
*Promotes spiritual development and sustainable livelihood for the trainees
*Provides opportunity to discover hidden talents and gifts
*Creates various handicrafts items for sale.
FAMILY COUNSELING CENTRE (sponsored by Central Social Welfare Board, New Delhi)
*Offers individual or group counseling
*Provides training for prospect counselors
*Resource books for counseling are made available
RAINBOW ACADEMY
*Offers early childhood education for children
*Provides a second home for children
*Creates learning environment where the child's curiosity is taken care of.
*Gives special attention for moral and spiritual foundation.
