The civil services examination conducted by the UPSC and the civil services examinations conducted by the state public service commission of each Indian State are undoubtedly the most coveted and the toughest competitive examinations in India. Candidates appearing at these examinations would be facing examinations which differ from the traditional university-type exam in many aspects. Therefore, the approach & technique of preparation has to differ to best suit the mould of these examinations. The Institute is founded to deliver National Standard in training, for both national & state level Civil Services Examinations. India is world’s largest democracy with diverse social, cultural, linguistic & economic patterns. But, irrespective of the geographical location of an Indian family and irrespective of the socio-economic status of an Indian family; there is one member in almost every family who grows up with the deep ambition of joining the IAS, IPS or state civil services. Only a very limited and handful, persevere to prepare hard for it, for most of them however, this ambition fades away with time because of the very tough nature of these exams and most importantly, because of lack of crystal clear guidance. Most of the candidates who are determined to prepare for these exams tend to take the route to New Delhi since there is an age old convention called “Destination Delhi” which says that if one is determined to succeed in the civil services examination, he/she has to shift his base to Delhi to take up a coaching and to stay there through all attempts/years until he/she succeeds. Very few can hardly estimate the amount of hardships one is required to face and the amount of cost one has to incur for the very long stay in the National Capital. Finally, to top it all, more than 99% of such candidates do not clear the civil service examination and finally return to their home state, losing a couple of years and losing a hefty amount of money. Thereafter they are compelled to explore a new career option altogether and very unfortunately, for many, the career doesn’t take off anymore because of losing some precious years in the most productive phase of their lives. The institute is founded with the vision to rub out the “Destination Delhi” convention from the minds of the civil service aspirants. If equal standard of training or even better quality of training in many areas, is obtainable in one’s home state, with very less or zero added costs of stay; then why one should shift his/her base to Delhi. It is our mission to break the “Destination Delhi” convention among civil service aspirants of Indian States, very far away from the national capital region, by providing very high standard of coaching in the respective states and thus benefiting aspirants in all parameters, academic, length of stay & total cost of preparation.
The faculty of the institute is composed of experienced mentors, competent administrators and devoted researchers. The heart of the functioning of the institute is the success driven, perfect atmosphere it provides, in which the students are lifted towards the goal by a committed, experienced, imaginative, intelligent & intellectual core faculty. The endeavor is to set the students free from the inflexibility of highly ritualized, ordinary and unresponsive teaching that they have so far experienced; where there is a lot of instruction but very little education. The Institute and its faculty strongly believe that coaching for the Civil Services Examination requires vast knowledge; precision; capability to re engineer attitude; excellent standard of verbal communication; and above all, a profound sense of value for time. Individual attention makes the big difference between success and failure. In an examination where every mark matters, we believe every word spoken and every minute spent between the teacher and the student matter even more.


It will be totally impractical to think that one can prepare for these examinations within a short time. In addition to a vigorous preparation for at least one year, if candidates keep this examination in vision for one more preceding year, they would be on the correct path. In addition to the classes, there will be a series of tests and it is absolutely compulsory for the students to attempt them. A review of these tests will be done by the faculty. Once, the mistakes committed by students are pointed out, it is anticipated of them not to repeat the same mistakes while attempting the subsequent tests. The institute’s aim is to channelize its students to concentrate on fundamentals in the study of each subject matter. There will be no impulsive attempt to acquire an encyclopaedic range of knowledge within a short period of time. The approach would, therefore, be to develop a higher degree of academic precision and critical ability to gain knowledge of new concepts and ideas better and quicker. A candidate just after passing out of a university does not comprehend clearly what is required of him to qualify in the Civil Services Examination. Capability to comprehend clearly the subject-matter of the General Studies and the Optional subject in a methodical manner, competence to write a lengthy, analytical and creative essay in a remarkable style, put together and present his answer in the most straight, rational, positive and systematic manner, highlighting the essential and significant points and possession of a good-matured, joyful and positive outlook towards life & contemporary things, for victory in the personality test are all that is required from a candidate. Considering the above qualities as the criteria, we have been following and striving to excel in our structure of guidance in such a manner that it would bring out the best in a candidate so that he could compete successfully in the Civil Services Examination. The institute enrolls candidates possessing the needed potential to compete at the Civil Services Examination and the needed potential consists of two elements: one the personality and the other the administrative flair.
