About Shishu Sangopan Griha and NJRC - Karuna in St. Michaels Church, Hospital Road, Jangpura, Delhi

SSG was established in 1979 and helped find permanent families for more than 2000 children since then. Since 2007 SSG moved into primary non residential care in its Delhi centre, while it concentrated on life care of severely disabled orphan children and adults at its independent centre NJRC Karuna in Jabalpur. At Jabalpur we also have foster care of 5 orphan girls.
At SSG Delhi, we have 65 children provided post school education support, 10 children in day care from poor families, beside more than 50 women in skill training and development. We also have an associate centre for providing residential care for girls from broken families and single parents - this centre provides education and all living support for children from 5 years until 15 years. We have 89 girls in this centre.
