About Torchbearers India in Torchbearers India, Dehra Dun

A 7 week program aimed to give you concentrated time with God, away from your comfort zone, in a new place, new people and new experiences.

India is a beautiful country, and there is so much you can learn by being here, experiencing the culture, interacting with locals, visiting places that are important to India and learning about the different religions that are found in India.
God does not call us to live in a little bubble, but to get out, love people, learn about them and most of all to build a relationship with God himself.

Our aim through this 7 weeks program is to
Give people time to reflect on their walk with God,
To visit Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist and Muslim religious sites to learn about how people experience God differently. After these visits will be a time to examine ones own faith.

We also want to provide experience working slum children and mountain village children through the different schools that Torchbearers India runs across North India.

Be prepared for a time of challenges, growth and a life changing experience.
